We do our best to ensure your items arrive safely and in a timely manner. Estimated shipping dates are provided on each product page and reflect our current production timeline. Please note that these dates are estimates — your order may arrive slightly earlier or later depending on factors like production speed, order volume, or postal delays.
Damaged or Missing parts or items
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we’re here to make it right.
We offer free reprints/replacements for any items damaged in transit.
We also offer free reprints/replacements of any parts I was dumb and forgot to send in the box.
Buyer-Damaged Items
We understand that accidents happen. If a figure is damaged after it arrives safely:
Reprints are offered at a prorated cost, depending on the extent of the damage and production requirements.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our figures and merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged during shipping.
Cancellations or Changes
For all items, you have 12 hours to cancel your order and the same for changes. No cancellations or changes are available after this time since everything is made to order.
